Each child carries a story in their soul-if we allow them to share it watch the magic unfold! The stories you will find here are based on the most commonly occurring challenges that children try to overcome.

Stories-4 endeavours to support children, caregivers and professionals as we navigate childhood trauma and emotional difficulties together. Eileen uses her experience with children as well as her own personal journey to weave stories 4 everyone! For the first time, through her books we hear the true voices of children ‘re-storying’ their journey.

About Me

Eileen Barrett DipHe BA AM is a Child & Adolescent Psychotherapist with a specialism in Play Therapy. Eileen has over two decades of experience working with children in both therapeutic and educational settings. But most of all Eileen’s passion for her work and love of storytelling shines through.

Eileen has qualifications as a primary school teacher as well as certification in many courses including Theraplay , Sand Tray Therapy, Nature & Play Therapy, Medical Trauma in Play therapy to mention a few. Eileen’s continuous dedication to her professional development is highlighted in her skill set in working with children who have experienced trauma.
